A Wedding Response is strongly committed to your right to privacy and is particular about maintaining your confidence and trust about your privacy. We ask only for the minimum personal and financial information that we need to provide our service to you. We will only use your personal information in accordance with our service.  We will NOT sell your name, contact information or any other personal information to anyone for any reason at any time.  We will not solicit your guests in any way. We will not disclose any information to your guests other than the information you wish to provide.

All order information you provide to us and all information contained on your Registration Form is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a widely used coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt or scramble data before you send it to us. You can tell that your connection is secure when you have an unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom left corner of your browser. Also, the URL address window at the top of your browser will begin with "https" rather than "http" to indicate that you are using a secure server.

A Wedding Response asks your guests to enter an extension number to respond to your invitation. Unlike other services, your names and wedding information is not displayed to any other guests. Only the information you want to provide is included on your wedding wedsite or in your voice message.

While most of our service is provided by phone, email and web page, you can rest assured that any paper documentation is shredded before it leaves our office.

If you have any further questions regarding our privacy policy, please feel free to contact us.
